Return Windows & Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges on standard, unused items within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your items must be completely unused & un-fished

  • Standard Returns: For normal returns or exchanges (e.g., changing your mind or ordering the wrong size), the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Defective or Incorrect Orders: If we made a mistake on your order or if a product arrives defective, we will happily reimburse your return shipping costs upon receiving and inspecting the item. ⚠️ Important Shipping Requirement: For approved return shipping reimbursements, please use USPS Ground Advantage. We will only reimburse shipping when returns are shipped USPS Ground Advantage.

How to initiate a return

  1. Email us at [Contact@777tackle.com] with your order number and details about the item(s) you wish to return.

  2. If your return involves a defect or a mistake on our part, please include a clear photo of the issue in your email so we can verify it quickly.

  3. Once approved, carefully package the items. For standard returns, we highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

inspection and refunds

Once your return arrives at our shop, it will be inspected by our team. We will send you an email notifying you that we have received your item and whether the refund or shipping reimbursement has been approved.

Approved refunds will be processed and automatically credited back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
